Great customer service! Every time I call, Roxy and/or Brian have been able to provide me with excellent support in solving my home lighting issues. This last time, they worked with Gabriel in Houston to manufacture and send me the exact power connector to complete my submerged lighting project. Thank you!

I bought some new LED lights to replace old puck lights in my kitchen. Lights look great and I am happy with the purchase. Had issue with one of the fixtures and I filed a claim online. Super easy process and they sent me a new one without any hassle. Roxie was very helpful and had great customer service skills.. I have more lights to replace and will buy from AQ in the future.

Levi did a great packing my order - everything was in perfect condition! I LOVE the fixture - I only ordered one so that I could check the quality - It' s beautiful and I will order several more for the entire outside of our house. It will look even better when the logs are painted dark gray.

I ordered beautiful raw brass step lights for our new deck. I needed them quickly and had a lot of questions. Barbara was amazing. She helped me get the lights quickly even though it was a holiday week and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to get the lights shipped in 3 days so I would have everything done before Christmas and in time for inspection. Additionally, she followed up to make sure I knew exactly when they would arrive. The quality of the lights is amazing and I have received tons of compliments. I will definitely order from Barbara again!

We are following best practices according to the CDC to ensure our employees and our clients are safe during these unprecedented times.

On April 22, 2019, I ordered a 65ft rope light.I installed it the weekend of Sept. 21, 2019. When I finished installing it and plugged it in, there are 2 sections, each about 2 ft long that do not work. Is there a warranty on this product?
