I’m a current a resident here at sunrise Apartments, I’d like to start off by saying that the office manager is amazing. She helped me to get my apartment sooner than I expected, and was extremely knowledgeable about our leasing agreement. I cannot put into words how thankful I am of her. I would also like to add that maintenance here at sunrise apartments has done a stellar job at fixing any issue I have.

The management at sunrise apartments very unprofessional and disappointing Rose is very rude she will do her best to over talk you then when the tenants are making too much common Sense she will hang up the phone she also tells all the tenants personal business has no respect for retired first responders honestly the owners of sunrise should find some one that's not rude on professional tells all the tenants business the owners of sunrise should definitely get some one in the front office to manage their property that has communication skills and just a ounce of professionalism will go a long way for those that are that see this post and also live there once you go through what I just said in this post you will just shake your head and say he was right

So far, it's great. I needed an apartment and these guys helped me out. The unit was very clean, it had a new stove and the fridge was pretty new. We did a walk through to make sure everything worked. Rose turned on every light and fan. She made sure that everything worked. I was very happy with the process. She made it easy and she is easy to look at too.
