I was having a moment. I had to get out of the house- the kids (4&3) needs to expend energy. When I walked in, started to pay tears just started pouring out of my eyes. I asked if there was any way an employee could help me daughter (ASD level 3) go through the playground a couple times before we headed to the trampolines. The manager was more than accommodating and let Chloe help me out (playground has height restrictions) Thank you urban air for helping this special needs mama out. Chloe, you saved me today.

Fun place to play, but horrible management and policies. The site FAQ states that "At most parks, Jumperoo is included in the Deluxe Membership level and above." Well guess what, not at this location. And they won't let you cancel an annual membership after you find out it's not included. Parents also aren't allowed to go into the play area with the little ones, so wish your one or two year old good luck as they venture up into the jungle by themselves. But don't shed a tear for the company if something happens, the lawyers have them well covered with the generous release form you signed before going in. ;)

I saw that the weight limit on most of the activity pits were 250lbs.
You must their special socks. I believe they are 2 or 3 dollars per pair and can be washed and reused in the future.
