Very poor customer service. They called me mid day Tuesday and left a voicemail and told me to talk to one of their techs. I did not call back that night due to working past their closing hours. The next day, I again worked and planned to call on my break to speak to a technician. Well between when they opened and until my break which is usually around 3, i had 6 calls and multiple voice mails telling me to call them, and the tone of the women speaking was very rude. I no longer wanted to work with then I called back and told them thank you but repair cost is similar to a cheaper new snowblower with warranty. The tech told me their was an estimate fee which was fine but when they sent me to their billing department they tried charging me double and when i told them the price they said “oh yeah”. Definitely never coming back again

Amazing people run this place at fair prices. Makes sense they lasted DECADES. My Dad took me here in early 70’s and now my Son just bought a Scag mover and a Stihl saw

Great and knowledgeable staff. Fast turn around on repairs. Good pricing on parts and service.

Questions & Answers

Do you carry 1/4-20x0.500 hex washer screw for craftsman snowblower?

We have a variety of screws that size in stock. If available, please bring in your old one or the model number to ensure we get you the right style.

Do you pay cash for used mowers? I have a Cub Cadet that runs fine, but the self-propelled went out on. Single owner, have all of the attachments, manual, etc.

You would probably be better trying to sell it on Craigslist. Just a thought.

Are trade-ins welcome? And if so, should the person bring the product with him when looking at purchasing a new model?
