Trainer I had for Adult/Pediatric CPR and First aid was amazing. Hilarious but helped you really learn the material so you can apply it to your everyday life if the time arises.

You must be at least 17 years old to donate to the general blood supply, or 16 years old with parental/guardian consent, if allowed by state law. There is no upper age limit for blood donation as long as you are well with no restrictions or limitations to your activities.

GAIL Palmer | Sep 17, 2019

Red Cross does offer cpr classes. To register call 800 redcross or go to www.redcross.org. We try to make accomodations for folks with disabilities but be aware you will need to get on the ground and do compressions and breaths to be certified.
