This will be the last time I use them for anything. Had a new alternator put wife was driving ho.e from work the next day and battery is not being charged. And also was charged on my bill for the battery being serviced that I was never told about. And grease on the leather steering wheel, gear shift and the outside of the doors. Never happened before and won't happen again.

Great Experience! The sales representative, Eric Jones, was awesome! Answered all our questions and was very patient and not pushy at all. We love Ford and own four Ford vehicles……..it’s because of top both notch employees like Eric Jones that we keep coming back. The sales staff and service staff at Sanders Ford Swansboro always make me and my family feel welcomed. The service staff - Rob, Debbie, and Al are great as well and another reason I keep coming back!
