Got into a small wreck, insurance suggested I come here. When I went to pick up the car after over a week I asked how bad the alignment was and I was told “Don’t know, but it’s fixed” .. it wasn’t. I then stood there for 30 minutes while they looked for my “misplaced” paperwork. Got in the car to drive away and noticed they never replaced the steering coupler from the wreck because it was clicking so bad. Had to take it somewhere else

I do not know whether there is a requirement for customers to have masks on, but when I was in there recently, I believe all employees and customers were masked. Also, there is space to stay socially distanced both indoors and outside. I felt very comfortable when I was there.
Hughes Bros does everything! Tires are nicely priced and include free rotations. I always go there.
