I can't speak highly enough of SW CITY Processing and the owners! Their facilities are always clean, organized, and they are prompt. I love the fact that they vacuum seal my product. And their jerky and summer sausage are the best! The owners have shown me their system to insure a customer gets their meat back and not someone else's. Not to mention, you get back ALL of your product! I won't go anywhere else.

Beef hang 8 to 13 days unless other arrangements are made. You will drop off on Thursday night or Friday morning and they will call the day it's wrapped. You can pick the next day
You have to give them a call. They only take in animals on Fridays and are usually about a month and a half out depending on the time of year. BUUUUTTT, they are worth the wait!
We are not under full inspection, we cannot sell sides. We can however, give you the numbers of some local farmers and you can buy from them. We are a custom processor an will cut to your specifications.
