Something happened to this store after a year of lock downs. Had a problem with the cashier and when I went to customer service to try to get it corrected I encountered a rude, annoying 20somethig, that needs to learn manners, tell me that there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager and with a worse attitude she tried to get me to go away by telling me that the manager would tell me the same thing and I was just wasting time. Thank goodness I stuck to my guns and had the manager come and tell her that I was right and to correct their mistake. At least they still have some adults working there.

The brooms and mops are in the back left corner of the store. I clean, I love to clean, I love cleaning products. That's where they are!!!
They definitely are not requiring the customers to wear masks! There is no social distancing as well!
For 2days now the aisle are so full sht you have to abandon your cart on other side of store just to shop!!!
Check midway equipment rental they can hook you up, fair prices too.

Id take the countertop and your debit card to the return counter and explain what is going on. They should be able to look up your purchase by your debit card number. I have done this before there. They should gladly exchange the top for the one you need.
