My family lived at 1070 Main for over three years, and when dealing with management and maintenance staff, we’ve had nothing but problems. The worst example happened Summer of 2022. On 6/16/22, we contacted the main office and spoke to Jaylin to ask that our dishwasher be fixed/replaced because it had stopped working. A week passed, and maintenance never came by to address it, so we called the office again on 6/23/22 asking for an update. We spoke with Melissa, who informed us that Jaylin never put in a maintenance order for our dishwasher. Melissa assured us the problem would be addressed as soon as possible. Another week passed, and still maintenance had not shown up. We called the office for a 3rd time on 6/30/22 and spoke to Melissa again about fixing/replacing our dishwasher. She agreed that the fact it hadn’t been taken care of was “unacceptable,” and she once again assured us it would be addressed. Another two weeks passed after that, and STILL no one came to take care of the problem. We spent nearly a month with NO FUNCTIONING DISHWASHER. Since we moved out on 7/13/22, we can only assume that management either never put our work order in - or they flat out told maintenance to ignore our request since we were moving out anyway. This has got to be a breach of our lease agreement. That fact that they allowed us to live in their property with no fucntioning dishwasher for almost a month is absolutely ridiculous. I’m telling everyone I know who may be looking for an apartment in Hendersonville to avoid 1070 Main.

We have been here since 2020. The maintenance men are wonderful. Devon came by to fix an issue and actually listened to my concerns. It made me feel very appreciative that someone cares and not just there to do a job. Jamal is another wonderful maintenance man. Both are very friendly and polite. They are the type if you see them when you are coming or going, if you wave they wave back with a smile. Issues are fixed in a very timely matter and they check to make sure it is fixed before leaving. My daughter handles talking to the office if we have questions and says they are nice people too. Thank you

Just move in a month ago and the Maintenance men have been amazing always right there when something is wrong. The office team is pretty amazing too they always try to find the answers to anyone's questions, If they don't have the answer they go to the next person to get the answer. It's a great team all around the place. Always on top of trying to keep the parking lot clean and working together as a team like its suppose to be! Wonderful employee's here!

The office staff is kind and considerate and really listen. When my lease renewal comes around, I will definitely be renewing.
