I cannot believe the kind, efficient service here at the USPS in Whitefish. We are here for a month and oddly, cannot have mail access at our AirBnB. This location generously offers temporary delivery for mail AND UPS/FedEx shipments due to the tourist nature of the town. Not only is it offered, but we were given this information with a lot of patience and kind smiles. Twice. (We were in such shock we didn’t believe it at first!) Angie and Martha provided some of the nicest, empathetic customer service EVER! Great job USPS! That’s THREE good experiences in a row in three different towns. So refreshing!

Angie is incredibly helpful and pleasant. She makes going to the post office a nice experience. She knows her job very well also. The other gal seems nice as well, but I have always ended up with Angie.

You must come to the post office and pay a fee to replace keys. After your fee is paid, the lock will be changed and you can get the new set of keys.
Yes. The customer service window is open from 11 am to 2:30 pm. The lobby (po box access, collection box) is open 24 hours 7 days a week.
