Took the family there on the weekend. The staff are quick to issue skates, even when the business was ridiculously busy. The bad: - the parking lot was so icy, it was very dangerous to walk on - there is no limit to numbers of people on the ice. It was crazy busy. - Not enough skate helpers/pushers for new skaters. - There is only one ice rink, so both beginners/kids and fast experienced skaters are in the rink together, which is dangerous for both. - There is no monitoring of skater behavior, so dangerous skaters / practices weren’t corrected. I lost count how many times times I saw people skating backwards and colliding with children.

I have only ever come here for open skate. Staff is always friendly and helpful. $10 a pop is decent for something the family can do together. My youngest has balance issues and they usually have enough big plastic support frames to help with staying vertical. I find them to be pretty sturdy but probably would be if you're a lot taller than 4ft. Even at 5'4" I can still use it but end up a little bent over. They usually have many helmets for people to use. Concessions are currently not open right now but they do have a few bottled drinks and a water fountain. Big restrooms that are fully padded so you can use it with your skates on without having to change shoes.
