I'm not sure why I'm getting these questions. I'm just a multi-time customer of Mountain Life. They are great folks and I'd try to contact them another way.
Glenda, Let me gather some information. Did you order multiple photos or just one? If you ordered multiple images we email a link. The link is external- not associated with your phone. You can access that link from your phone and your computer. I recommend downloading the images to your computer rather than you phone. Let me know if this helps.
