What are the hours and what do we need to have to get a marriage certificate for our parents, one parent recently deceased?

Our hours are 8am-4:30pm. A valid government issued ID and knowledge of the facts that are on the certificate. If this is a public marriage, for a confidential only the parties listed on the document can purchase the certificate.

We do not issue passports please contact the Merced County Elections office.
