I have being ordering flowers here for 7 years for many holidays and special occasions for my mom. Their online ordering in easy to do and hassle free especially since I dont live in Michigan. Delivery has consistently been on time and the flowers are always beautiful.

I stopped in on March 3, 2022 to purchase an arrangement for a dear friend who lost her father. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. As I was leaving, I locked my keys in the car. The wonderful sales associate, whose name I have forgotten due to the stress of the day, drove me home and back so I could get my second set of keys and get to my friend on time. I am so sorry to have forgotten your name but I want to thank you and the manager of Cardwell florists for helping me help a friend in need. A+ service, customer care, and lovely flowers.

Very disappointed. We were treated very poorly and the customer service was the worst ever. Very rude people. My mother tried to explain what she wanted and the lady treated her with no respect. The floral designer should really not communicate with people she does not have the proper skills. Beware please look elsewhere.
