I was so discouraged by past reviews of this store. Because of some of the negative reviews, I almost didn't come into this store to switch over my mobile service to xfinity from AT&T. I am so glad I remembered that people forget to be grateful on their reviews for these people who come to work hard everyday in a store to provide the community with services. My service representative was Daisy. This girl went above and beyond to work everything out for me to switch over to xfinity mobile. Not only did she get me the best deals possible, but she also got my daughter hooked up with a brand new phone more than half the cost. We had several major hiccups that delayed my service for 3 days, all which were not the fault of my rep. AT&T was lagging on transferring my phones. Daisy gave me her personal text message information and even responded to me in her off hours. Who does that? Thank you Daisy for being so awesome and for getting our service transferred over despite the few challenges. They need to give you a promotion or a raise. You deserve it. My experience at this store was excellent and I'm sad that people giving bad reviews couldn't find the gratitude for these services that are truly a luxury to have. Sometimes our stuff breaks down. Sometimes our services don't work. Sometimes our people working in the store are tired of dealing with grumpy people. Be nice and thank your xfinity service representatives.

Good store. The cable connection was unreliable though. The store did what they are supposed to do- took the modem back and cancelled the service.

Glad there's an Xfinity store close by..I usually pay my internet bill online, but I'm glad to have this place close by where I live..just in case I want to shop or replace something from Xfinity, etc..

Ben (at the greenback lane office) was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions, he was so patient and answered all of them. He even gave me a number I could reach him if I needed more help. Above and beyond customer service, very happy with my experience.

Well I can tell you truthfully, I have 4 with Comcast and I'm only paying $170.00 that's not bad for unlimited and Insurance.
You can always walk-in. Appointments are not required.
XF will not share the phone # of the store = NUTS: trying to resolve XF problems on the phone drives us nuts.
