November 11, 2021 is Veteran's Day and a Federal Holiday. Banks observed this holiday and the Golden 1 will be closed.
The easiest way might be to call and have the operator either set up the appt for you or connect you with the branch you prefer. BUT you might be able to do it through the app. I've never tried it with G1 but it's worked for other companies.
No, just go to the counter and they will print you a new one. I did it last week to replace a damaged card.
