Today I found the most beautiful dress at Off White! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, so I was pretty nervous about how it would go. Karisma was very sweet and professional. She made me feel comfortable and heard the entire time. There was a large selection of sample dresses you can browse through, and she pulled a couple within my budget from their sister store. One of the dresses she pulled was the one I picked. It is so beautiful, and I cannot wait to wear it on my big day. Thank you Karisma and Off White for a stress free experience. (:

I am dyslexic and often read documents wrong. When I expressed concern about additional costs for alterations I was met by a rude consultant. I was told to essentially read the fine print with no consideration. It just makes me feel like less of a person 🫥 guess I expected to be treated with more understanding . I think the dress I picked was cute. But I could of gotten a cute dress anywhere from a more helpful and up front staff.
