I just wanted to give a shout out to Shawn in the office for keeping me updated and making sure my code at the entrance worked!!! Idk how many times I went to asked about it. Then there was Shawn!!! He followed up with me and kept me posted. He knew my apartment number and my name. He did not give me some generic answer and made sure I knew my code. He went above and beyond to show me how it worked. He is always so sweet and greets everyone professionally with a smile. Thank you Shawn for your kindness ♥️

I had a great experience touring the place. The location is great, amenities and the layout of the units are great. The pricing is reasonable for what you get in terms of access to amazing amenities. I love that that they partner with apps that make your lives so much easy. Shawn the leasing manager that help me from the beginning til getting approved made the whole process super easy and efficient. I love that he is super genuine about providing realistic expectations of the property and the location. He is also very good resource about the neighborhood. I also love the rest of the team super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Breeanna as well, thank you for helping us as well.

Where do I even begin..... I originally came in a day prior to view some available apartments and was told to come back the following day for a complete tour of the complex and all the amenities. The woman who helped me at the front was super caring and had an inviting charisma and I thought this could be the place for me. I come in the next day for my 10:30am tour with Ron and waited in the lobby for 10-15min before I had to walk over to his office that had the door open the entire time that I could basically see into; and approach him informing him I had a tour scheduled at this time. Ron seemed completely thrown off and surprised someone had a leasing tour on a Saturday morning (Ron works in the leasing office.). He asked if I could again come back on now the next day. I informed Ron that I set time aside to come back this morning and I really wanted to take a look at the 2 apartments available today. Ron proceeds to tell me he can only show me at most 1 apartment because he needs to get back to the office to (man the leasing office) which didn't quite make since to me. I was there to look into leasing one his the apartments (his job). I had to choose the one I wanted to view. He walked us over to the nearest elevator just north of their offices viewing no amenities and we began our accent to the floor. We got to the room and Ron had a flattering greeting "This is it." And those were the last words he would say while I was looking around at this apartment. He continued to check his watch every minute as if I was inconveniencing his day. I quickly took pictures of the place only taking a max of 10 min inside of this room. I politely asked Ron "Maybe on our way back since we will be passing the other apartment (on the same floor) if I can take a few pictures of that one as well?" Ron answered "Honestly, no. I need to get back to that front desk." I just replied "okay". Not too many words were spoken on our way down. He spoke nothing about the complex at all. I basically wasted my time and his is what it felt like. Before exiting the elevator Ron mentioned he might be able to take pictures of that other room but not to count on it because he needs to be at the front. As we exited the elevator feeling extremely uncomfortable I saw and exited straight ahead I asked Ron if I could just exit out that door because it led to the parking lot before I could even complete my sentence Ron was turning the corner back to his office shouting "YEP." I have never experienced such poor customer/ human interaction in my life. I am at a loss for words.
