The fact they open earlier than any other laundromat in the area and still have Brian and Diane working, is the best thing they have going for them.

Pretty helpful staff but some of the machines are usually broken, mainly dryers. The place can get really dirty because sometimes random people use the restroom. Often there will be people hanging around this area, sketchy people.
