I usually love IHOP and my daughter was very excited for the minions foods, but when we got our meals we were severely disappointed. All of the food was cold and all of our eggs had a very bad radt to them. After bringing this to the attention of the staff they seemd to brush it off and when we decide to go elsewhere (because all of our meals hade a fowl taste and smell) they still charged us $15 for the (cold) coffee even though we didn't drink it.

I placed my order on the company website literally an hour ago. The email said my food would be ready about 11:23am. I arrived about 10 minutes after and they gave my order to someone else. The manager could not even formulate a proper sentence and had no explanation ( sounded like he was mumbling) as to what happened with my order. He didn't offer to comp me or anything. Instead I was told to wait another 10-15 minutes because of their error. What made it worse was that I was working and just stopped by to pick up my food and my time was wasted. IHOP, I suggest you train your managers better on how to deal with customer service issues. Another establishment that lost a customer. Totally unacceptable !

Definitely some decent food right here but this place gets super busy during weekend breakfast hours. Ordered the country fried steak and wish it was a little more well done. Felt somewhat undercooked but wasn't going to waste any food. The servers are quick and always check up on you.

Great and friendly service. Plus the food is delicious. I had the ham a cheddar cheese omelette with spinach and avacado
