They close the store early but will tell you they are open …Hi Noel. You called at 3PM... we closed at 530PM. You showed up after we closed our doors for the night! Unfortunately once our doors are closed, because of insurance and liability we cannot reopen our doors after business hours. We politely asked for you to bring whatever you wanted to pawn on Monday morning at 930, when we re-open for the week. I am sorry that you had a bad experience, we are happy to help you with whatever you need during regular business hours.

We just had a staff meeting about this review and each person working for the store, including me, has no recollection of anyone bringing these items into the store within the last 3 months. Additionally we do NOT deal with penny weight, we only deal with grams... Lastly, we would never quote on an item that isnt present, so we would not have given you a quote for gold coins unless you had them with you. Are you sure you are writing a review for the correct store? We pride ourselves on paying the most for items, a reason why we have been in business for over 60 years.

I purchased a set of 2 speakers for my son who is a DJ about 2 years ago, I found the price fair and customer service was great, later I returned to purchase a PS4 and I was very satisfied with that experience also. Antonio is always very nice and willing to even do price comparison with me. I have read some of the reviews here and I don't know what their expectations were but I have received 5 star service from this guys.
