They over book their appointment and even double book! They see and know they wont have time and space but still over book. Today for a manicure and a gel x removal i stayed there for an hour just for them to tell me to sit outside and my fingers in acetone. I took them off and started taking off the gel x myself since they didn't really find my time valuable. I wanted to get a manicure as well but since they didn't value me, my time and the fact that they left my nails in acetone for an hour i decided w just filing my nails. I was charged $15 for that and i waited one hour. This place is poorly managed and very small. Idk if they know this or not but leaving someones nails in acetone for a long period of time is dangerous and could be bad for an individuals health. Will not return to this place again. My skin and nails are so dry now.

Loved how my nails came out but it was not worth it taking 3 hours even though I had an appointment. My friends and I had an appointment at 5pm for manicures and pedicures. We were seated as soon as we got there on time, but once they were done with our pedicures we proceed to sit there until about 6:15. Until finally we were helped at around 6:30. One of my friends could not spare another at least hour to get her manicure done since we had already been waiting for 1.5 hours, so she left. My other friend and I stayed and we were done at 8:10pm. They definitely over book.

Went to get waxing service. Come in 30 minutes before they close I’m told I’d have to wait. 2 women finish and they don’t tell me anything. Then a woman tells me to wait in the back and it would be 5 minutes, I waited another 10 minutes. She comes in and I ask the price, she tells me 35, and I’m a bit shocked. She says “if you don’t want it it’s fine” and walks away. Super rude customer Seevice. I never said I didn’t want the service, I had more questions and before I could ask them she walks away. I hate to pull the race card but I was the only person of color in there and everyone else was literally being waited on hand and foot. Never going back and glad I did not give them my money. Establishment is very tiny and not very clean in the back from what I could tell.
