Probably the worst gym ive been to in the sfv. To start, the crowd here is full of douchebags. If you plan on coming here EVER during prime time, dont. The gym is tiny and your gonna end up waiting 10+ minutes for any machine, probably longer if you want to hit bench(theres only 3 flat benches) or cables. I work accross the street and thought it would be convenient to come here but it was nothing but frustrating.

I feel lucky to have such a facility not too far from my house open 24 hours what more can I ask? We have everything in one place even a small pool you can do some laps and if you choose well your hours you can have the pool all for yourself at least there is always a line available. As for people saying or rating the fitness as dirty I would say this is not the fault of the cleaning staff it is everybody’s responsibility to clean its own mess. It is so easy to put that on somebody else. If everybody is responsible of his own action The fitness would be super clean.

This is one of the nicer 24 Hour Fitness locations I've been to, so it makes sense that it's attracted the most disgusting people to ever attend a gym. There's always trash everywhere. Showers have been growing mold for over a month. Homeless use the lockers for long-term laundry storage and people don't know how to aim for the toilet, so the locker room always smells foul. Good place for a workout, but the entire experience is absolutely ruined by the members and lack of decent janitorial services.

Absolutely horrible! Giving them one star because some staff are nice people but they can't make huge changes. Half of the treadmills have been broken for months now, i uploaded the photos. The tagged treadmills don't work. However other untagged treadmills are not really functional either. Some days, some of their "regular" customers take three dumbbell sets and keep them for at least 20min. A gym this large has only one smith machine! If my friend wasnt going here I would definitely go to the West Hills location. I used to work at the west hills location and our maintenance guy Roy would not let this happen. Avoid this gym if you can
