We have been a baystate fuel customer for 20 years, and have nothing bad to say about them. From their options of budget or pre-pay plans, to Roxanne who is our service tech...they have been awesome. Since we got central A/C they even have a plan to service that unit as well. I would highly recommend baystate fuel. 3 years after this review we just got our letter stating baystate is transferring ownership. This is disappointing to us, but I understand running a business is very different now than ever before. I would like to thank the owners and employees for 23 years of great service. On a personal note we really hope roxa ne stays on board as a tech, and look forward to seeing her soon, thanks baystate.

beware dealing with bay satte as they give you the run around and just lie......no one is getting off there wazoo.....can not get a straight answer from them just excuses

After being a faithful cash paying customer for 10 years I went to the office to order and pay for a $500 oil delivery. I was told that’s not enough for their minimum delivery. Thanks for disregarding our 10 years of supporting you. Lookin for new oil company.

I’ve been calling and dealing with this company for a few months now to get oil and the lady who answers the phone is so freaking rude. I will not be using there service anymore. I’ve had other people tell me they have had the same experience at Baystate oil. Plus their prices are the highest. Done and done. I can’t stand the attitudes when people are in customer service, it’s awful. I was not referring to that time at all (the driver) All the prior times I’ve called the customer service lady always has a rude tone and annoyed tone. If I ask a question it’s almost like I should know the answer kind of attitude. So what you’re assuming I’m talking about (in your reply) I’m not because I understand how that works with the drivers. Thanks though.
