Whoever is working the Brookfield route is the laziest person I've ever come across. Update for owner response: We called to speak with management but was refused by the secretary. She also hung up on me.

The worst waste company I have ever had the experience of using. Over the 2 years I have been a customer they have skipped my house several times, charged for extra bag pickups but "won't get out of the truck" so they don't actually pick up the extra bags just change you for it. The men driving the truck are messy and threw trash in the street and left for us to clean up. customer service is disgraceful and refuses to put you on the phone with a manager. Just lost my business and will be sharing my experience with my neighbors.
