Our family used Triple A for a tow from Brookfield to Danbury. Candlewood Valley tow truck showed and was an absolute unprofessional from the start to finish! We are a very extremely understanding, patient and friendly family who do not like to mistreat anyone who is doing us a service. Yet this jerk was awful from the beginning! He treated my sons car like trash and did not want to put the car where we asked. He basically told us it goes where he says it goes and left it at that. Once we began to explain why it couldn’t be left there he made a call and confirmed he wasn’t moving it. He was smoking marijuana the entire time. it was clear by the smell. Absolute nightmare and caused my 79 year old veteran father to get upset! Do not recommend this awful company. Now I hear nothing but complaints from others too. I will make sure everyone knows our experience!!
