I lived there for more than 3 years and I can easily say it's one of the most pleasant places to live in Chico. The apartments and the gym are great, the whole staff is amazing (especially the community Director/ Area Supervisor, Nicole). I really had an amazing time there and wouldn't have left if I wasn't moving out of town

Went to to see property and the stuff was awesome! Answered all my questions! Even tho this is a nice apartment this does not suit my families need but I do recommend this area for college kids

I went theses apartments for a tour and the staff was absolutely amazing. I had lots of questions and the facility manager Nicole answered all of them and had the best personality and attitude, they very much take pride in their property and keep it up spectacularly. Great place!!
