● The good: comfortable, clean, and spacious building with bathrooms. The DMV personnel was courteous and helpful. There's plenty of parking space in the property. ● What needs to improve: The DMV needs to hire more personnel or improve their efficiency. I spent more than three (3+) hours at the DMV to get my drivers license and car registration.

I only give it 3 stars because I think they need more staff to serve them, they are very slow and apart from that I think they need to put on a television because one gets very desperate and there is no distraction one needs to have a lot of patience to come to this place

Took the driver's licensing test at the Springfield DMV. Appreciated the tester she was courteous and compassionate very helpful very thoughtful. The a lobby is adapting to covid and much more smoothly than it did in the past. they are now taking more people because covid is less of a problem. On an earlier visit they suggested that we visit to the new DMV at the valley River center. We followed the suggestion and we're very pleased with the new DMV in the valley River where there was little parking and most people I don't think know it exists.

My husband and I experienced a very bad time here. We didn't know we had to be 15 mins early for a drive test. We had to drive clear across town to get gas so we got there closer to 8 mins early. We got checked in got to the counter and the guy said that we were late and that he "was just going to call it" and that we would have to reschedule. When I became visibly upset he was disrespectful towards me for being upset I explained that u am allowed to be upset as we drove 400 miles to get this appointment and he really flipped his lid. We ended up being able by the grace of God to get an appointment same day with a 3rd party tester in Albany, we had to spend 75 extra dollars to take a test through a 3rd party. But it was worth it to not go home empty handed. Several hours later we received a phone call from the manager of that dmv to apologize for the mornings events and wanted us to know we could come back and that they would help us out I explained our day and told him that we really appreciated his apology. He said it never should have happened. I hope that man who was having a bad day realizes that we traveled so far because of covid restrictions for the dmv, I worked my nightshift and was awake for 30 hours all together to make that trip not to mention the 500+ we spent in fees, gas, lodging, and food so that my husband could get his license . His attitude and treatment of us was disgusting and so far from ok. He's lucky that i am resourceful and relentless and that he has good co workers and a good supervisor to support him in his bad days. God looked out for us today because that was not the man to give my husband his test.

Go to dmv, get the paper from there along with insurance proof, address proof, different form of id proof, and social security number. That should be all, but also $10
No you do not. Simply go and take a numbet
There is a link on the Oregon DMV website where you can file for a replacement ID
You have to make an appointment, by going to the dmv website.
Those are facts you would need to call or go in for.
Quick google search pulls up DMV's pricing... it states Payment for the $23.50 learner's permit fee and $5 written permit test fee.
Yes but take mail that is current, your social security card, and a bank statement... These are forms of identification... You can also call to make sure
Yes you just have to do a bill of sale
It's not a good idea, legally you're still the owner of the vehicle. You don't want to be legally responsible if something bad happens with the vehicle
Mid- to late afternoon on Tuesday through Thursday is usually lightest, according to the staff there.
Yes, no appointment needed
Go to Springfield u don't need a appointment just stand in the line and it's quick too
They do have a stand-by line where you can wait without an appointment. You can cancel through the website or email they sent you.
File for a lost title at the DMV
Fill out form 735-515. You can wait in the stand by line and get in on the same day
Yes
Yes, https://dmv2u.oregon.gov/eServices/_/
Call and make an appt
Nobody from DMV reads these questions. That said, if there's a service window separate from entry (like in Springfield) I'm sure you could ask the attendant anytime; they seem really nice in that office.
At each renewal, Oregon charges the additional fee for special plates that is applicable at time of original registration.
You're going to need an appointment, first of all. Then, you'll need to take the full written test (35 questions; fee=$5). If you pass (with 28 questions answered correctly), you MAY need to take a driving test (just based upon the amount of time your license has been expired), but you may not. If not, just have proof of residency and identity and they take your picture and give you a temp license.
Go online to Google and ask that question.
Will it open in staturday
I would make me an appointment online
Yup go in an get a number super easy the only thing is you have to wait for them to let you in clean friendly fast
No. Appointment only.
There will be forms online to fill out, you'll need to call and make an appointment
Visa, cash or card. You need to make an appointment
It should only cost $35

On line on smart phone
There used to be one at valley river but not sure if it's still there
Yes, you need to take picture I'd like an old license or a passport and you need your birth certificate and you will need $28 unless they raised the replacement fee
Yes
They are open as long as it isn't a holiday. They might be a little busy though. Tuesday through Thursday are the best days to go.
If your question (which is fairly ambiguous because of how poorly worded it is) is do you get a temporary license in the between period from getting a new plastic replacement, then yes. If the question is can you replace that replacement I think the answer is no.
Did you find out? I would think yes but not sure...
Give them a call
If you where born in Oregon no, born anywhere else yes.
