Somewhat clean gym….other than the hordes of people that come inside not to workout but to go shower than leave!!. This adds to the already cramped conditions and the feeling of hitting and bumbing into others around you due to overcrowding and small facility!

Its quiet, plenty of cardio and weights, Netflix available on cardio equipment, 2 showers, 3 restrooms, membership works at any location, no pressure work outside.

Yes they do. I dont know the class schedule but there is a class offered. The spin bikes are also available for use when class is not in session.

Hello Karen, thanks for your inquiry. Our membership rates vary from 37 to 47 a month depending on the term of your commitment. It is important to let you know that we do not just sign people up, send them on there way and hope for the best. Every one of our members meets with a coach/personal trainer who will first sit down with you to discuss your fitness goals, physical limitations and time frames. Then he or she will conduct a Functional Movement Screen and Fitness Assessment. Lastly, your goals and results of your Fitness Assessment will provide the foundation for a Fitness Plan. We then strongly encourage our members to meet back with their coach every 8 weeks for continuing Fitness Assessments to check progress and make changes to their fitness plan as needed. All this is included in our Basic Membership. We focus on our Members....not just the Membership. Please feel free to come check the club out. Hope to see ya soon! john

Hey Trace, thanks for asking. Although basketball is an awesome sport for strength and cardio training, we do not have a basketball court. Often times though I see our members tossing their empty energy and protein drink cans into the trash...trying to "make a basket." : ) john, Owner

Yes, They take Silver Sneakers and Silver & fit. In Grass Valley they offer several classes per week for Seniors: circuit training, aroebics (not water) and QiGong as well as yoga & pilates!
Yes, the showers and restrooms are available at all times.
I know they offer family discounts. I pay a corporate rate through my work that is $29 a month. That is all I know
They have excellent trainers (esp. Chris) and I did see a punching bag is the far corner of the facility. That said, Anytime Fitness doesn't offer any formal boxing classes.
