I have never had such bad customer service! When I got there, the dining room was full of people waiting to pick up Uber and other service orders. It took the girl at the counter 10 minutes to finally take my order. I ordered at 5:50 PM and received my incomplete order at 6:25 PM after asking for my order. I was informed they didn't have the Mac n Cheese and it would be another 8 minutes. I asked for a refund only to be told, "He'll give you the refund." Not sure who "he" was. When I figured out, I had to ask him 3 times for the refund and was repeated told, "just a minute." When I did get my cash refund since that's how I paid, he gave 2 dollars in coins!!! Are you serious??? This was my first time at any Popeye's restaurant... needless to say, I won't be back.

Requested three separate orders of chicken but they threw it all into one container. Most of the chicken on menu was not even available. Some workers need to look more presentable. One out of five stars. I would give zero if I could

Waited over 20 minutes for my food after being told it would be 5 minutes. In that time the "employee" children that "work" here were playing on their phones and socializing with their friends while a line of customers formed, unable to place any orders because all of the kids were ignoring everyone. Maybe have an adult present that actually cares about your reputation, because the teenagers you have in there now are terrible and are giving you an equally terrible reputation. Never ordering from this restaurant ever again.

Went in to purchase spicy chicken sandwich and told to wait for ten minutes and instead waited for another ten. At which time on giving the order, the Popeye employee told me the store had ran out of sandwiches! Following me was another customer who was also turned down for the same order. Popeye Oakley just lost 2 customers probably for good.
