Oakley is hiring car thieves. 5 years ago I had me Nissan Hardbody Pickup Truck on my own daughter's property that my younger daughter paid rent to stay there. They came into my daughter's property. Stoled my truck that was both up to date with the registration and insurance and impounded it. When I asked for it back they said I had to pay their impound fees which I shouldn't have since my youngest daughter had been driving it and paid rent. I was going to come back from Washington State to retrieve it when I found out they stoled it from me. Suffice it to say. They are thieves!!! As last Ng as it was up to date in both insurance and registration they had no right to touch that pickup truck. Literal car thieves.I do not trust those people, you shouldn't either! If I could put a zero here I would have. In fact I give them a minus 5 stars!

If there were 0 reviews that’s would I would give Jennifer and Evette. My son got his car stolen and Oakley PD called my son to get it out. Did not say we needed anything but I had pics of title transfer. We went in and Jennifer and Evette stated needed to go to dmv and to make sure I get all paperwork. My son got all paperwork came back for the second time. I’m disabled can’t hardly walk. She stated oh your going to be upset you need a smog release. I went in here twice they unorganized and very unprofessional.

I had a great experience tonight with an Oakley police officer. I had broke down two days previous and had left my motorhome in Concord. I returned today and jump started it. I began to drive it about 25 miles to my rented Oakley house. But it died once more right on Main Street. (alternator had gone bad) I called AAA and they said it would be a while as they could not find a shop with the right equipment. While I waited I decided to call Oakley police as it was now dark and I was partially blocking a lane of traffic. A really nice officer showed up and he stayed with me for over two hours. First, he suggested I jump start the battery so I could continue on (I was about 3 miles from my house) So I called AAA and changed the call from tow service to jump start. A AAA truck came right away and they jumped me, starting the engine right away. I told the officer I did not have headlights, that if I turned them on the engine would probably die. So he decided to follow me with his blue and red lights on. But once we got closer to my house and away from city lights, he realized I could not see in front of me so he quickly went in front so I could see where I was going. However, about half mile from my house the MH completely died on me once more. I was blocking one lane of traffic, thankfully there was very little traffic. But the officer stayed just in case he needed to direct traffic around me. He suggested I call my tenant, which I did and he came with help and a jumper cable. We jumped the MH and it came back to life. I then drove it to my house where I parked it. The officer escorted me until I got there safe. I was very grateful and told him I was gonna call his supervisor and tell him to promote him to general, lol. I shook his hand and he finally left, satisfied I and my MH were safe. My tenant then drove me back to where I had left my car in Concord and I drove home to San Jose. When I have a chance, I'll return to the MH to check out exactly what my problem is. But everything points to a faulty alternator. It was a bad day for me, but it would have been worse if it hadn't been for that Oakley police officer. Thank you Andrew!

the look of "The New Oakley" Looks wonderful but there is to much traffic in downtown I've driven into Brentwood and Antioch and I can drive in and out within 15 minutes in Oakley it takes about 20-25 minutes Oakley should Retime the stop lights.
