We returned from vacation and didn’t have any air. The air conditioning unit had stopped working. When I called their office the young lady that answered the phone was so professional, courteous and nice. I was very impressed. She assured me that she would have someone come out ASAP. She gave me an appointment date and time and then later called me back and said she could have someone come out in the afternoon. I was very happy and excited! The technician, Grant Piccone, arrived and was also very professional. He looked at my unit determined the cause, explained it to me and gave me an estimate. He repaired my unit gave it an overall check out and we were up and running! Thank you very much Fairview! You will forever be my HVAC company! Excellent employees! Wish I could give you 10 stars!!!

Brad showed up on time, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to locate the problem and fix it. I asked Brad about on going maintenance, and he suggested different programs that are offered and I signed up. Excellent Customer Service!

The gentleman who came out was knowledgeable. I did not like the wait time for someone to come out (a week), but this could be a seasonal thing. Quickly it was established that the problem was in the breaker box, not the AC unit. It would have been nice if, as Fairview did not do electrical, they could do a referral to a trusted electrician.

My HVAC system is 15 years old and has never been inspected or serviced since installation. With a very cold winter we have been running the Heater frequently. I had a Fairview technician inspect the entire system including the ducts. He showed up on time, did a thorough inspection and noted a couple of minor deficiencies that he suggested did not need immediate attention. The technician was clearly experienced and provided us a courteous and informative assessment.

Sorry we stopped working on gas fireplaces due to parts are hard to locate since there are so many different brands in our market now.
