Horrible. Rude. They acted like I was bothering them. They couldn't pull up a simple form to give me. I'll go to Mecklenburg County to get - at least the wait time will be worth it.

There when I needed they. They helped my boy. 🥰🥰🥰🥰. When I went up to pick up my bear, and had to go back there and get him out of the cage. The staff, were constantly busy while I was back there working on other animals. But if you love animals like I do. You don't care what it cost to save them!!!!!!!!! I called them all through the night. They didn't mind. They said you can call anytime. Hey, I think they're well worth it!!!!! Money can be replaced, my companion can't!!!!!!!!!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰
