They ordered me the 4 tires I wanted. Got them in just a few days. They called me to keep me updated on order. I was in and out in under 1 hour. They were running a good sale and applied that to my order. Certainly my husband was happy. We will go back for other work in future.

Yes, they dismount the tires and use a plug/patch. This can be done as long as it is not in the sidewall or in the 1st row of tread on either side and not larger than 1/8 of an inch
Why on earth would you not go to their website and look it up?
If anyone is giving you the run around, you definitely take your business elsewhere. There are to many ppl out there that really do care about other ppl and what they need. Oh and they will gladly take your money as well but actually do the job
