Very clean room and hallways. We didn’t eat breakfast there or use the pool but both of the areas looked clean. Lots of food options nearby. There’s a pond with a walking trail behind the hotel

Last week was perfect. This week, not so much. Room is disgusting, especially the bathroom. Toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several visits. A hair in my sheets - reused? Floors not clean. A shame, because my previous visit was amazing.

Positive: n o t h i n g. Negative: took an hour to check in even with reservation and room paid for because the workers deleted my information completely. Charged $250 smoking fee in room and am 6months pregnant and did not smoke in the room. neverrrrr going back.

This hotel is excellent and not only meets but exceeds the standards set by Holiday Inn and IHG hotels. The location is easy to access, the property was in very good condition, and the staff was very proficient in their respective roles. A particular surprise was the outstanding service and friendliness of the breakfast staff, Betty and Roger. They are true gems. If you are able to stay at this hotel, be sure to stop in and say hi,
