Walked in the Hugo Branch, with a $20 Bill, all I wanted was 4 $5 bills. The teller first told me that she needed my ID to look up my account, I said I don't have account, but my wife & kids do. The teller said I can't help you. WOW.... GREAT SERVICE, It makes me never want to bank here ever,
