4 of us walked in, seated right away, ordered right away. Food was great, beverages were great, then a group of 30 meandered in, and we didn’t get seen by our waitress for 40 minutes. She was scrambling to get the big group taken care of. …Hi Bud, Thank you for your feedback. I was not the manager on duty this day but I'm sure she was behind the scenes trying to help your server out. If this should ever happen again, please just ask to speak to one of us as we are always here and willing to help any guest in any way we can. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your food and beverages before this large party of 20 walked in. We do our best to accommodate every party size whether they call in and reserve or if they just walk in. But we do want to do this without causing other guests to feel sidelined. Walked in and was greeted by one of the friendliest people ever! We were seated immediately. Our server, Francesca was awesome! Food and drinks arrived in a flash. Our selections were really good! Our lunch was under $40 and that was with a 25% tip! I wish I lived closer to Hugo!Matt, this is so awesome to hear! Thank you very much for the kind and wonderful review!
