Several things need to happen in order for your son to be put into juvenile detention. A secure custody order would need to be issued by the juvenile court system/ court counselor. This means police reports and juvenile petitions (the equivalent of warrants for juveniles minus the ability to arrest) would need to be filed
Get the system involved in yur bussiness
If you mean for a visit, no but are youths arrested and processed here, yes...my son is 15 and the only people that could see him besides me and his mother is my oldest son who is 21
