I am not Mr. Mackey but I do know the helping hands process. On an average day, helping hands receives 50 calls a day. Everyone who calls really needs help. When you leave a message, there may have been 40 calls before yours and he calls back according to where you are on the voicemail. Although we help thousands of people, unfortunately we can't help everybody. Duke energy, Piedmont Gas, landlords and other churches all refer people to Mount Zion for help so at times we are overwhelmed; however we help as many as we can. God Bless you.
