We used Chatfield Rental for our wedding this past summer, it was a nightmare to say the least. It started out great, Jessica was helpful and we put together an order in no time. Things went south when she was out with an injury 2 weeks before the wedding and the only other employee who could work the computer system we needed was out on vacation. All operations came to a screeching halt. My caterer and myself wanted to finalize the order and add/subtract items as we had a final head count and what not. We went round and round with phone calls and the staff was downright nasty on the phone, both parties becoming equally more frustrated. We ended up having to supplement items from another rental company as Chatfield could not give us answers nor all the items we needed for the event. The redeeming aspect of this story is the store owner called me himself and apologized for the confusion and did his best to make the situation better. Everything was delivered and set up, the tent and dance floor were beautiful so I have no complaints in their quality of items. However they did ship the wrong amount of napkins and were unable to make it right in the moment.

Always a great experience in this store!! Employees are always very helpful! Store is well put together and well kept!! The layout makes things very easy to find. A wide variety is carried!! Great place to pick up your favorite Yeti items!!!

Great place for rentals...and garden items..even odd bolts and clips.. But...Don't go downstairs to service or parts sales..if u are a female..the older guy that's been there a long time is so condescending and rude. I went for a mower part and he couldn't be bothered, and was rude and nasty..talked about me when I was walking away like I was dumb housewife.. Its a shame..when I go to buy my new mower in spring, I will NOT buy it here.. Fortunately The nice people upstairs found the part for me..A Clip and a Nut!!.. All he Mr nasty could say is we don't sell John Deere here....talked over me ..I said it's a pin and a nut? I guess it was too much to be bothered with..ps it was a weekday morning..slow no one else there. He needs to RETIRE...he will kill the business with that attitude
