100% terrible! Hide details about charges, could have picked different date to start new bill so I wouldn’t get hit with so many prorated fees, told me the deals I saw online could not be used together and I’d have to get a higher price unlimited plan, couldn’t get certain phones free. Magically talked to manager and I could get all the deals. When I went home and checked my bill for next month it was $140 over what it would be even with adding two lines. Had to pay $100+ out of pocket same day. When I went into talk about the bill and bring up hidden fees(1 hour after getting phones) he looked at me like duh what did you expect you’re 4 days into you billing cycle. If I would have known up front things would have been different or I would have came in towards the ms of cycle. Then he refused to change my plan back to what it was before I came in to change it and said no I can’t change it back once I have upgraded it. Go to Corporate store, call corporate office or do online! Avoid this store

Call store and they are ready to serve the catch is they are closed. Hours are say 9 to 7 but they don't open until 10. Typical service for Athens OhioWe apologize for the inconvenience, King of Comicdom. Operating hours should be abided by, and it's disappointing to learn how we're doing. Extremely poor customer service. Over 4 months of dealing with this particular store regarding a promotion that they “weren’t able to apply”. They stated they had spoken to directors and not able to get the simple credit owed on a phone …Hi Delcee, we're sorry you didn't get the help you needed at our store.
