Can't get through on the phone. I would love for someone to pick up. You can even be rude to me! I've been trying for days. I live out of state and need to make arrangements. Seriously ridiculous.

The website doesn't work well for self serve and there is a charge for making payment via card.

In most instances, yes. But there will be a convenience fee added on.

If I don't have a scheduled court time , but have a warrant I need to take care of do i have to show up at court at 8 am or can I go in at 10 am and still be seen by the judge ?

Call into the Clerk's Office. They should be able to tell you. 740-592-3328.

I have a client whom has an out standing warrent for petty theft can she come sign her name to the next docket day and turn herself in that way to tae care of the situation.

Those with warrants should come in the next business day at 8:30 am or 10 am and check in at the Clerk's window, so that the Judge will be able to see them and get the warrant lifted. It's best not to wait, as they could be picked up on the warrant in the meantime.
