Been trying to get appointment for COVID vaccine and NOBODY will answer phone. I get automated message giving direction on how to schedule. Once I choose the ONLY OPTION GIVEN, phone rings 2-3 times then hangs up. Some health department if you can't even talk to a real person.

The person who answers the phone has no knowledge and refuses to answer questions. You avoid things that are about city employees and enforce the rules on them

How much is a birth certificate
Yes. Ohio has state wide issuance for birth certificates. Anyone can go into an ANY Ohio health department to obtain a certificate as long as the person was born in Ohio.
