We took My daughter into there for a terrible rash on her eye and finger and as soon as Dr Booker walked in he called it strep just taking a guess at it saying he doesn’t do children. So instead of directing us to go to her doctor they would know more he took a guess at what my daughter had on her eye and gave her a med. he didn’t culture it or anything. I ended up taking her to her doctors and it was impetigo that she had and had to have a shot and new meds given to her! The neglect shown to my daughter could’ve caused serious harm to her!

Very disappointed. Was there at 5:00 with my mother to have her checked for UTI and refused to see us. Said they were full. I have never been or heard of not being seen at an urgent care. I will never go back there. 😡Went to O’Bleness ER and have very good service. Thank you O’Bleness Hospital ER. ❤️
