Very unfortunate that this place does not provided any kind of customer services. Employees at this nursery are helpless, no sense of urgency. If you are the manager or business you should do something to keep this business up with an Excellent customer services. It’s no just about how the variety of your products.it is also how well your employees are trained to provide an outstanding customer that makes a business to shine. Very ashamed that huge company with no customer services orientation.

Purchased $500 dollar dogwood and two small holly bushes. I lost one holly bush and my dogwood is terrible. It seemed both had a disease before I bought them. Paid a tre professional to help but the Dogwood is now two tiny branches. They did not care.

Kaylee is so knowledgeable and friendly. She went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Her customer service is outstanding. We love her!!

Good selection but very poor customer service. Don't expect anyone to help you shop. This place would be OK if you know exactly what you want and just need to pick up the items and pay.
