Jack Goldberg is the best and got me the best deal on my new Mercedes! I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much. I bought a Belt for my c300 here and after hours the belt broken, and i called the parts and services and spoken to the manager, the following day i drove 30 miles from my house just to exchange the belt, and when i get there, and meet the manager everything changed he told me he cant change the belt because it was dirty, and used, i was like you just told me to come in and youre going to exchange it, and when i bought the belt it says it has 1 year warranty . The manager change tone to me like it was my fault! And argue with me in the front of other customer in the parts and services , he dont know what is the different with 1 year warranty and limited warranty, if you read this i know sometimes we had a hard time in work, but be professional, i just left because im not that type of person argue with other people, my $80 just scam like that, im a regular customer from my father to my mother we buy parts here, i am going to spread to all and mercedes community that bad expirience that i hv today

Reached out with some interest on a panamera received reply from M Martinelli. After a brief exchange and explaining that I've purchased several cars from Ray Catena Mr. Marinelli dropped the ball and failed to reply to my requests? NOT the Ray Catena experience that I've grown accustomed to.
