This is my third experience with Sam and Window & Door Outlet. Windows, sliders, and now a front door. Clearly, I'm happy with my experiences. Professional and timely service and fair pricing, Installation was great-David was friendly and professional. No worries having my alarm contacts and video camera reinstalled. Lastly, they stand behind their products. After 10+ years some window parts needed replacing. Parts were ordered from the manufacturer and installed with no hassle. I wish more businesses would treat their customers with such respect.

March of 2022 we had 10 Sunrise Windows installed. Love the windows but the NOT the installation from Window and Door Outlet. They were 2 hours late which obviously cause a rushed job. One of the windows cracked which was eventually replaced. During install they removed the interior trim and broke several pieces. They did a shoddy job of repair & calking. (see photos) We were told that a "Master Carpenter" would come back and fix the bad repair work. Weeks later he came, looked at the trim but never returned to make the repairs. Half of the job is a proper installation therefore I feel we did not receive what we paid for. In response to your reply below I'll ask this..... Can you hear the sound of Crickets? Until this conversation that's ALL I've heard from your staff. By the way, the cracked window that was replaced is defective. The sound resistant film is bubbled. See photo below. Also a different window is missing the metal pin that holds it into the tilt mechanism. I need them replaced. Thank you.

i just was there to see 2 36" door, is the worst saler attend us, he do not want to sell, not even take time to show doors or how it work, is the worst place to buy....
