I just came from the Broward County business tax office and could not have received better customer service. I interacted with three people and unfortunately did not get any of their names but each one of them was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I’m not one who usually writes reviews but because I did not anticipate such great service from a governmental office I felt the need to share my wonderful experience. Much appreciation to them.

Horrible. Do not order your tag decal or renewal from here. I ordered mine last year in April. Never got it in the mail. When I kept calling there number message was "Our office is close and weill remain permanently closed." Then I called again this week and they told me that they didn't have it and there's nothing they can do. I wasted my money here thinking they would be responsible enough to make sure I got me renewal in the mail. Now the tag agencies want to charge me $60-70 to renew. This place is bs. Do t waste your time or your money. Service was horrible never coming back again ✌

Yeah so if you need to go to the tax collector in broward county you do not want to visit this office. the reception is awful the cashiers have no idea what they are doing. what they tried to charge me $160.00 to do i was able to do in another county with the same tax rate for less than 100$ also dont think you can use a credit card at this place but an atm is available. I would not wish the way I was treated on anyone. go to a different office.

Have passed concealed carry class. Can I apply for permit here
No you would have to visit the plantation location.
You can get a Handicapped parking permit from Broward County Auto tags ( They are listed under the Tax Collector )
No you cannot. There is a office in Lauderdale Lakes
Not right now. Better off asking at the dmv or local police station.
No still 6%
Yes. There will be an additional 2.55% convenience fee
They receive a check and all the cards. You just have to bring the documents to pay, stand in line and that's it.
Nope. Just tax collection
