Have used Medic Pharmacy for years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the employees and owner. My prescriptions have always been filled accurately and on-time, and the store is laden with essential health goods sold at reasonable prices. The staff are kind, welcoming, and make themselves available to answer questions. Would highly recommend anyone to Medic Pharmacy.

I had a most unfortunate visit with Medic Pharmacy that I have visited many times. But today was the last. I purchased a $90 infrared thermometer and then by accident saw it online for $55. No problem if it was $5, 10, or $15 more - but $35 was just too aggressive. I called and spoke with Authur one day later who checked with the manager and said I can "return anything". Went back to the store and attempted to return it, and Authur said that I couldn't return it, he said he didn't know they changed their return policy, and the pharmacist was very rude. I am going to reverse the charge on my charge card.

This business advertises N95 masks, when I called them the pricing I got was:  20$ for 10 masks or 34.99$ for 20 masks. But this is all a lie, once I got there they were asking for 100$ for 10 masks, basically bringing customers in with fake information and abusing the necessity of the community during these Covid-19 times. Everyone that was at the store when I got there complained about this same issue. Then when confronted about it they were rude about the issue and told me to just leave if I didn't want to pay that much. So they not only have bad business practices but terrible customer service. Do not recommend.
